A physical sample can be arranged to check product fit, assembly and stability before bulk production. Sample costs and preparation time will be confirmed after the structure, dimensions and printing requirements have been reviewed.
4. How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Sample preparation and bulk production lead times will be confirmed after reviewing your display structure, printing requirements and order quantity. Please share your required delivery date so BirtleyPack can assess the schedule. Shipping time is additional.
5. How much weight can each tier hold?
Load capacity will be assessed for your product weight, tray dimensions and selected board grade. There is no confirmed load rating for the illustrated design. The intended loading should be checked during sample evaluation.
